Deprecations and Fixes

This patch release marks a handful of older pipeline components as deprecated and points you to the ones to use instead. It also fixes IPv6 over TUN on macOS and several memory issues in running pipelines.

Deprecated components

The components below still run, but a pipeline that uses one now logs a deprecated_component warning. Each component's docs page names its replacement.

• ConstantAuthSign and ConstantAuthVerify / A constant value added to each packet doesn't authenticate it. Use Boringssl Poly1305 Signer and Boringssl Poly1305 Checker instead.
• Parity2d, ReedSolomon and Rlnc encoders and decoders / Use Raft instead, which combines erasure correction with retransmission.
• Sporadic, Video and Trace traffic sources / Use Uniform Traffic Source or Bandwidth Traffic Source for test traffic instead.

Fixes

• App API / Fixed pipeline failing with Bad address.
• Pipelines / Fixed a pipeline using memory it had already freed while shutting down.
• TCP / Fixed a TCP listener reading freed memory when its client disconnects while it sends.
• TUN / Fixed TUN on macOS dropping IPv6 packets.
• TUN / Fixed TUN on macOS reading into and writing from memory it had already freed.
